For wedding and event venues

Couples, PAs and event agencies now ask AI assistants to shortlist venues: "Which vineyard hotels in Tuscany can host a wedding for 80 with rooms for guests?" or "Where can I hold a two-day offsite for 20 people near Denver?". The answer names three or four venues. Weddings, conferences and corporate events are your highest-value bookings, so being on that shortlist matters more than for any other guest.

Measure the groups that pay most

Choose the groups you want to win and we ask the questions each one asks, the way planners ask them, from the countries they book from:

  • Weddings: guest numbers, ceremony and reception spaces, rooms for guests, packages, exclusive use.
  • Conferences and meetings: delegate numbers, meeting rooms and layouts, day-delegate rates, AV, bedroom blocks.
  • Corporate events and incentives: client events, incentive trips, team events, corporate golf days.
  • Exclusive use and private hire: milestone celebrations, family gatherings, product launches.

For each group your report shows how often AI recommends you, which venue wins that group instead, why AI chose them in its own words, what AI says about you, and which websites it read.

Why venues lose the shortlist

  • The facts aren't there to find. AI can only recommend a venue for 80 guests if a page says it seats 80. Capacity charts, room sizes and bedroom numbers often sit in a PDF brochure AI never reads.
  • No packages or "from" prices. Planners ask about budgets; AI favours venues that state what's included.
  • Missing from the directories AI reads. Wedding and meetings platforms are among the sources AI cites most for these questions.
  • Exclusive use isn't mentioned. If you offer it and don't say so, AI won't suggest you for it.

Your content plan lists exactly what to publish: a capacity chart per room, floor plans, packages with "from" prices, exclusive-use terms, an enquiry page that says how fast you reply, and the directories to be listed on.
