Terms of service
1. The service
AEOVIA is provided by the company named in our imprint. It asks third-party AI assistants questions on your behalf and reports how often, and in what context, your business is recommended.
2. No guaranteed results
AI assistants are run by third parties and change their answers over time. Reports reflect answers collected at a point in time. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic or booking. Recommendations in reports are suggestions; you decide what to publish.
3. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us about unauthorised use. Team admins control who has access to their team's reports. You may only monitor businesses you are entitled to represent, or competitors in the normal course of business.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
The first report is free. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and paid fees are not refunded unless required by law. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload the service, resell reports without an agreement, or use it to mislead AI assistants or the public.
6. Content and data
You keep the rights to what you give us. You allow us to use it to provide the service. AI answers are third-party content and are shown as received. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
7. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. To the extent the law allows, all other liability is excluded, and in any case limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
